This is a technically advanced jacket with an outer shell of six microlayer Saddle Cloth plus 40 grams of 3M Thinsulate insulation and taffeta lining. Saddle Cloth has the hand of soft brushed cotton with the look of an expensive suede. You'll appreciate this durable but quiet, rain and wind resistant, breathable coat which is incredibly comfortable in a broad range of weather conditions. As with all Schaefer Drifter styles, the Storm Rider features an inside zipper pocket, pouch pocket, two outside zippered chest pockets with flap, plus Schaefer cargo pockets with Vecro flaps and large hand warmer pockets. The draw string waist with barrel locks, adjustable cuffs and two-way zipper closure with logo snap storm flap and snap double riding vents make it a technically superior outerwear product Dupont Telon coated, yet still machine washable even with the beautiful leather collar and piping on yokes.
